New rail line between Rewari and Jaipur, good news for these districts

News Desk. A new rail link is going to be built between Rewari in Haryana and Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. This proposed 191 km long line will play an important role in connecting the industrial and rural areas of both the states passing through Neemrana. The Railway Ministry has approved the final location survey for this project, the cost of which is estimated to be approximately Rs 5.73 crore.

The new railway line will greatly facilitate the transportation of goods and operation of industries. The Neemrana Industrial Area, which houses many large Japanese and local industries, may now see a reduction in production and transportation costs. This sector will become even more attractive for investors.

This change will bring big benefits for common passengers also. At present one has to travel a long distance between Rewari and Jaipur, but after the construction of the new line, the travel time will reduce and people will be able to use the rail route directly. This will ease the everyday life of students, businessmen and regular travelers.

Local villages and towns are also connected to this project, which will provide them with rail facilities for the first time. This will increase employment opportunities and accelerate the social and economic development of the area. Local people can get work even during construction work.

Rail projects are usually completed in several phases. First a survey is done on the land, then a detailed project report is prepared. Only after this the formal approval of budget and construction is given. If all the phases are completed on time, this rail line can emerge as an important transport corridor in North India.
