CTET 2026 result released soon, check score online

CTET 2026: There is good news for lakhs of candidates waiting for the results of Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 (CTET 2026). Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has informed that the results of CTET Paper 1 and Paper 2 can be declared online this week. Candidates can check their result only on the official website of CBSE. ctet.nic.in You will be able to check from here only. The result will not be available offline or through other means.
How to check result online
After the release of CTET 2026 result, candidates can download their scorecard by following some simple steps. First of all go to the official website ctet.nic.in. Click on the link of Result/Scorecard in the latest news section on the home page. After this enter your roll number and press the Login button. Your scorecard will open on the screen, which you can download and keep safe for future.
Passing Marks and Eligibility
To pass CTET, minimum marks are prescribed according to the category. General/UR category candidates are required to obtain 60 percent marks, while for OBC, SC, ST and PWD category candidates, the passing marks are set at 55 percent. Candidates who qualify Paper 1 will be eligible to teach classes 1 to 5. Candidates who are successful in Paper 2 will be considered eligible to teach classes 6 to 8.
Lifetime validity
CTET scorecard will now be valid lifetime. That means, the candidates who pass the exam once will not need to pass it again. With this, eligible candidates will be able to apply for teacher recruitment for a longer period and their eligibility will remain permanent.
CTET 2026 was conducted on 7 and 8 February. The re-exam was conducted on March 1 at two centers in Bihar. This time lakhs of candidates participated in the examination and now their focus is on the result.
