The film had earned more than Rs 40 crore in paid previews before its release. It collected Rs 102.55 crore on the first day of its release on March 19, which is the biggest opening till date. On the second day i.e. on March 20, there was a slight decline in the film’s earnings and it did a business of Rs 80.72 crore. Despite this, the film made a net collection of Rs 226.27 crore in two days.

On the third day, the film again gained momentum and earned a record breaking Rs 113 crore. With this, the total net collection of 3 days of the film reached Rs 339.27 crore.
Entry into worldwide Rs 500 crore club
The film has also performed well at the global level. In just three days, it collected a gross of Rs 404.54 crore in India, while it earned Rs 96.50 crore from overseas. In this way the total worldwide collection reached Rs 501.04 crore. That means Dhurandhar 2 has made a grand entry into the Rs 500 crore club in just three days.
