We are bound to be affected by it

Recently, Rajinikanth issued a statement on TVK General Secretary Aadhav Arjuna’s comments about the ruling DMK party threatening the veteran actor when he considered entering politics. Rajinikanth, without directly condemning Aadhav Arjuna, thanked his supporters and well-wishers for defending him. Now, Rajinikanth’s wife, Latha, has also addressed the issue.

At the airport, when asked about Aadhav Arjuna’s comments by the press, Latha said, “He [Rajinikanth] clearly mentioned that those comments are untrue. He also made it clear that such rumours must not be spread by anyone. When someone spreads false news, we are bound to be affected by it.”
