Kangana told that when she was looking for work. Then he was offered an adult film. He said, ‘I had said yes to this film. For this I also got a photoshoot done. But it seemed like a C grade film to me. Something didn’t seem right to me so I pulled out of this film. Then I got the offer of a gangster film and I said yes. After this, the producer of the adult film kept harassing me for a long time. Because I had said no to his film. If I had not got Gangster at that time, I would have done that film.

How did you get the film Gangster?

Actually, director Anurag Basu was working on the film Gangster at that time. He had reached a restaurant where Kangana was already present. Kangana was drinking coffee there. Seeing him, Anurag Basu noticed something different in him. After which he sent a paper to Kangana through a waiter on which it was written whether she wanted to act. Just like this, things progressed and he was offered the film Gangster.
