Its taste is so amazing that whoever eats it, after finishing the first bowl, he definitely asks for a second bowl. Children find it even tastier than ice cream! The best part is that it is very easy to make. So, quickly note down the fruit cream recipe given below.
Fruit Cream Recipe
Step 1:For this recipe you will need cream. Cream is easily available in the market, and you can buy as much as you want as per your need. Brands like Amul and Mother Dairy are easily available. About 400–500 grams of cream makes about 10–12 bowls of fruit cream. Alternatively, you can also buy fresh cream directly from a local dairy shop.
Step 2: Pour the cream into a mixing bowl, add the sugar, and continue whisking until the sugar is completely dissolved. You can use an egg beater or blender to mix it. When the sugar dissolves, stop whipping the cream. Now, keep the cream in the fridge, and meanwhile finely chop some cashews and almonds for garnishing.
Step 3: Next, cut about 4 bananas into small pieces. Also finely chop 2 apples and 2 mangoes; Also, gather some grapes, strawberries, and half of a pomegranate aril. You can also add other fruits of your choice; However, avoid adding overly citrus fruits—like oranges and kiwis—or fruits with a high water content, like watermelon, cantaloupe, and papaya. By doing this the cream becomes thin (watery).
Step 4: Put all the chopped fruits in a large bowl, then top them with prepared whipped cream and finely chopped dry fruits. Put the bowl back in the refrigerator to cool for a while longer. Serve fruit cream after 1–2 hours. Cold fruit cream tastes very tasty.
