All eyes are going to be on Vaibhav Suryavanshi in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). 14 year old Vaibhav made his IPL debut last year. He created a series of records by scoring a century in just 35 balls. He became the youngest player to score a century in IPL. Also, Vaibhav made the Indian record of scoring the fastest century in this tournament. Vaibhav is also going to be seen in Rajasthan Royals jersey this season. This franchise has retained him. Saqib Hussain
This is the second IPL season of right-arm fast bowler Saqib Hussain. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has included him in their team for Rs 30 lakh. Shakib has previously been a part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in IPL 2024. KKR had bought this Gopalganj resident player for Rs 20 lakh. Shakib became the first player from Bihar to be sold in the IPL auction. Before him, no player born in Bihar and playing for Bihar had traveled to IPL. However, he did not get a chance to play any match that season.

Shakib may get a chance to make his IPL debut with SRH. 21 year old Shakib has played 6 first class and 12 T20 matches so far. He has 16 wickets in his name in first class, while 10 wickets are recorded in T20. Saqib has also been a net bowler for Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals.

Mohammad Izhar
Left-arm fast bowler Mohammad Izhar has been bought by Mumbai Indians (MI) for IPL 2026 for Rs 30 lakh. 22-year-old Izhar recently created a sensation in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT). He had taken 9 wickets in 5 matches. During this period, Izhar had shown the way to the pavilion to IPL stars like Abdul Samad, Arshin Kulkarni and Suyyash Prabhudesai. After this MI placed a bet on him. Born in Patna, the capital of Bihar, this is the first IPL season of Izhar. Last season he was the net bowler of Chennai Super Kings.
