Baby care quick commerce platform Message has raised $6.2 Mn (₹57.8 Cr) in its Series A round led by RTP Global. The round also saw participation from existing investors such as Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC.

In a statement, the startup said that angel investors like Kishore Biyani and the founders of Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care, and Handpicked also participated in the round.

OZi said that the fresh capital will be utilised to deepen its presence across Gurugram and other parts of Delhi NCR. A part of the funding will also be used to shore up tech and operational capabilities, and expand assortment.

“… Scale will be the natural outcome of solving convenience consistently for young parents. We’re grateful for the continued support of our investors who believe in this vision and our model,” said OZi founder and CEO Amit Sah.

Chiming in, RTP Global principal Madhur Makkar said, “…The discipline and clarity with which he (Sah) is building OZi, investing early in leadership, systems and capability, are creating a strong foundation for scale. We’re excited to partner with him as he builds a focused platform in a category that requires both deep consumer insight and operational rigour”.

The fundraise comes barely five months after the Delhi NCR-based quick commerce platform bagged $3.3 Mn in its seed round led by Blume Ventures.

Founded in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Sah, OZi delivers baby products, including apparel, diapers, pharmacy, toys, in under 60 minutes. The platform claims to host 15,000 products for children in the age group of 0-12 years. It currently operates in Gurugram and Noida.

It competes directly with Bengaluru-based Peeko as well as all other major quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit and BigBasket.

The fundraise comes amid growing investor interest in vertical quick commerce platforms as startups expand beyond groceries to capture a larger share of consumer spending. Earlier this month, Inc42 reported that construction-focused quick commerce startup HomeRun was in talks to raise around ₹100 Cr.

Last month, quick commerce enablement platform Inamo raised $8 Mn in a round led by Prime Venture Partners. In the same month, fashion quick commerce startup ZILO bagged $15.3 Mn in its Series A round led by Peak XV Partners.

At the heart of all this is the homegrown quick commerce market, which is projected to become a $9 Bn opportunity by 2030.
