Yogi Cabinet meeting today: Important decisions possible on private business park and wheat procurement policy
Lucknow, 23 March. Important decisions are likely to be taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday in Uttar Pradesh. A total of 23 proposals will be placed in the meeting, in which ‘Uttar Pradesh Private Business Park Development Scheme-2025’ can be approved. According to sources, 10 proposals of the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department and three proposals of the Housing and Urban Planning Department are also expected to be approved by the Cabinet.
Apart from this, the proposal related to restructuring of clerical cadre in the Secondary Education Department will also be included in the agenda. On the other hand, at the organizational level, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accelerated the process of formation of state committee and nomination of workers in corporations, commissions and boards. In this sequence, a meeting of the State Core Committee was held at the residence of Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak on Sunday. State President Pankaj Chaudhary, General Secretary Organization Dharampal Singh and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and other senior leaders attended the meeting.
In this meeting which lasted for about an hour, there was a detailed discussion regarding the formation of the state committee, appointments on various posts and adjustment of workers. According to sources, a suggestion came up in the meeting that those workers who are not able to get a place in the organization or who have to be removed, should be accommodated in corporations, boards and commissions. It is being told that this meeting was earlier proposed at the Chief Minister’s residence, but due to his being out of the city, it was organized at the residence of Brajesh Pathak.
After the meeting, the State President gave complete information to the Chief Minister over phone and left for Delhi with the proposed list. At present, due to the ongoing Parliament session, the State President will remain in Delhi. It is believed that the names related to the formation and nomination of the state level committee will be finalized in the meeting to be held in Delhi in the next two-three days, after which the list will be released.
