Former Lieutenant General Masududdin Chaudhary arrested in Bangladesh, facing many cases including corruption and murder

In the early hours of Tuesday, 24 March 2026, the Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) conducted a major raid at his residence in Baridhara DOHS. Chaudhary is accused of corruption, money laundering and having a murder warrant in an old case.
