How to make Sabudana Kheer
Sabudana Kheer is a delicious and nutritious fruit recipe. To prepare this, first wash the sago thoroughly and soak it for 10-15 minutes. Due to this, it swells quickly and remains soft while making kheer. Do not ignore this step, otherwise the sago may remain hard.
Put milk in a pan to boil on medium flame. When the milk starts boiling, add soaked sago in it and keep stirring continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom. In about 8-10 minutes, the sago will start becoming transparent, which indicates that it is cooked.
Now add sugar to it and cook for 2-3 minutes more. After this add cardamom powder to increase the aroma. Heat ghee in a small pan, fry cashew nuts, almonds and raisins lightly and add them to the kheer. Mix it well and cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off the gas.
If you want to make the kheer richer, you can also add a little condensed milk to it. Cold kheer tastes even better, so keep it in the fridge for some time and serve.
