How to make healthy Navratri shake

Energy boosting shake during fasting

Material

1 cup puffed rajgira, 2 tbsp almonds or roasted peanuts, 1.5 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 3 dates, 1 cup milk, few threads of saffron and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.

Recipe

Fry Rajgira in a pan until it swells. Then, take out the roasted rajgira in a bowl and add almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dates, saffron and cardamom. Blend all the ingredients with milk until the mixture becomes completely smooth. Finally, cool it and serve.
