UK Prices Show What Indian Pricing Could Be
BMW Motorrad has been working on its new entry-level adventure bike, the F450 GS, for quite some time now. We have already started seeing official ride reviews from other countries for this bike. The global launch of the motorcycle is expected to happen next month, but it looks like the prices and variant list are already out. Here are the UK prices for the BMW F450 GS and what the expected Indian pricing could look like.
As per the screenshot circulating online, the upcoming BMW F450 GS will be offered in Base, Exclusive, Sport, and GS Trophy variants. The Base variant is priced at £6,990, the Exclusive at £7,290, the Sport at £7,440, and the top-end GS Trophy at £7,760. The official launch of the BMW F450 GS is expected to happen on 25, April 2026.
For those who don’t know, the F450 GS adventure tourer motorcycle is replacing the G 310 GS, which was BMW’s entry-level adventure model in the Indian market. Like the 310, the upcoming F450 GS is also manufactured entirely in India. The motorcycle is produced by TVS, and the engine on this motorcycle is a new unit, which is also manufactured by TVS in India.

The bike will eventually be launched in the Indian market. Now that we have an idea about the UK prices, let’s see how the Indian pricing might look. If you directly convert the UK prices, it translates to a starting price of around Rs 8.78 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.75 lakh.
This may seem high, but it should be noted that the bike is built in India and exported to the UK and many other markets. That is one of the reasons why it is priced higher there. If you compare this with another Indian motorcycle sold in the UK, you will notice a similar trend.
Take the example of the Royal Enfield Himalayan. In the UK, it has a starting price of £5,750 and goes up to £6,300, which translates to approximately Rs 7.30 lakh to Rs 7.80 lakh. However, the price for the same bike in the Indian market starts at Rs 3.93 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes up to Rs 4.32 lakh, ex-showroom.

The price of the Himalayan is almost double in the UK compared to the Indian market. We expect to see a similar trend with the F450 GS. As mentioned earlier, this motorcycle replaces the G 310 GS, which has been discontinued. The last recorded starting price of the G 310 GS was Rs 4.09 lakh, ex-showroom.
Given the fact that the upcoming F450 GS will be competing against rivals like the Royal Enfield Himalayan and KTM 390 Adventure in this segment, BMW might launch this bike at an attractive price. We expect prices to start at around Rs 4.5 lakh, ex-showroom, and go up to Rs 5.5 lakh or maybe Rs 6 lakh, ex-showroom, for the top-end variant.

It is a brand-new motorcycle built on a new platform and uses a new engine. It features a 420 cc parallel-twin unit that generates a maximum of 48 bhp of peak power and 43.5 Nm of peak torque. It is a motorcycle capable of handling both on-road and off-road conditions with ease.

It comes with several features like Easy Ride Clutch, riding modes, Shift Assistant Pro, sport suspension, ABS, traction control, cornering ABS, and many more. The made-in-India motorcycle replaces the BMW F 310GS, which was also made here by TVS Motors.
