How to make Aloo Suji Bites
Making Tasty Aloo Suji Bites is very simple. For this, first of all add semolina, curd and water in a bowl and mix well. Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes, so that the semolina swells and the batter becomes a little thick.
Now add mashed potatoes to this batter. Also add ginger-green chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and green coriander and mix well. The mixture should neither be too thin nor too thick.
Now make small bites or tikki-like shapes from the prepared mixture. You can give them round or oval shape as per your choice.
Heat oil in a pan. Now fry the bites on medium flame until they become golden and crisp. If you want a healthy option, you can also shallow fry them in less oil. When the bites become crispy, take them out in a plate and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
