threat to the economy
Countries like Saudi Arabia and the UAE are shifting their economies from oil to tourism and trade (e.g. Vision 2030). If there is a war, their projects and foreign investments worth millions of dollars may sink.

oil supply
Gulf countries fear that if war breaks out, Iran could close the Strait of Hormuz, through which most of the world’s oil passes. Due to this the earnings of these countries will stop.

public safety
Iran has the support of many small militias. If the Gulf countries had attacked directly, Iran could have carried out major attacks on their cities and oil wells with the help of these groups.

way to talk
Neighboring countries like Qatar and Oman are continuously negotiating with Iran. Gulf countries believe that it is better to solve problems by sitting together rather than responding to missiles with missiles.

rely on defense mechanisms

Let us tell you that the Gulf countries are currently focusing on their progress and they do not want to be a part of any great war which will push their development back by many years.
