Finely chopped nuts: Almonds, cashews and pistachios (as desired)

Fry gum and nuts: Heat some ghee in a pan and puff the gum on low flame. After it swells, take it out and grind it coarsely. Fry chopped nuts and magaj in the same ghee until they turn light golden.

Fry the flour: Now add the remaining ghee in the pan and fry the wheat flour on medium flame until a fragrant aroma starts coming from it and the color turns light brown.

Mix spices: Add dry ginger powder and grated coconut to the roasted flour. Stir it for 1 minute and then turn off the flame.

Jaggery Mixture: Now add grated jaggery and roasted nuts/gum to the hot flour mixture. Keep in mind that the flame is switched off, otherwise the jaggery may burn. The heat of the flour will melt the jaggery and mix it well.
