In the previous episode, “Wrongful Life,” Watson treated a kid from a couple he had helped conceive a long time ago. Despite knowing that the baby would have medical issues, the couple had decided to keep him. After years of failed treatments, the boy, Kyren, sues Watson for wrongful life. Instead of money, he demanded an apology, and later opted for treatment at a different hospital. Soon, Watson identified the kid’s medical issue stemming from a spine infection. He worked with the other hospital to treat Kyren.
