Technical glitch again in Elon Musk’s
New Delhi: On Thursday, March 26, a sudden technical glitch occurred in the social media platform Due to this outage, users were neither able to view the posts properly nor refresh their feed.
This problem affected hundreds of users within a short time and it started being discussed on social media. However, the reason behind this disruption is not yet clear.
Complaints registered on Downdetector
According to outage tracking website DownDetector, till 12:40 pm, at least 562 users reported problems with the platform.
Users said that the platform was not loading properly and their feed was not updating.
What is X platform?
X (Twitter) is a microblogging platform where users can share short messages in the form of posts.
The service can be used on smartphones (iPhone and Android) as well as desktop computers.
Outage has happened before also
This is not the first time this year that X has faced technical problems.
Earlier in March, a major global outage was seen, in which users in India, America and the United Kingdom were affected.
Thousands of complaints were registered on DownDetector during that time—more than 4,700 in India, more than 27,000 in the US, and more than 4,300 in the UK.
Error message was shown to users
During the last outage, many users were unable to refresh their feeds and had to
"something went wrong" As the error message was visible.
Although the problem was later fixed, the company did not disclose its reasons.
There was a big problem in February also
The platform also faced a large-scale disruption in February this year, with more than 42,000 complaints filed globally.
Official statement has not come yet
No clear information has yet emerged regarding the reasons for the latest problem that occurred on March 26.
Neither X nor its owner Elon Musk has given any official response on this.
