‘He harasses saints and sages…’ Petitioner from Krishna Janmabhoomi raised questions regarding Ashutosh Brahmachari
The High Court has given big relief to Shankaracharya of Jyotishapeeth Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati and his disciple Swami Mukundanand Giri. The court has approved his anticipatory bail plea in the case of alleged sexual harassment and POCSO Act. This has created a wave of happiness in the Sanatan Hindu society. The court raised serious questions on the allegations against both of them and gave its verdict on the basis of evidence. A single bench of Justice Jitendra Kumar Sinha gave this order. Now both have got immediate relief from arrest. The court has also directed him to cooperate fully in the investigation.
After this decision, happiness is being seen among the followers of Sanatan Dharma. Dinesh Falahari Maharaj, the main petitioner in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple case, said that this decision of the Honorable Prayagraj High Court is very right. He thanked the court and said that the court always takes decisions on the basis of evidence. Falahari Maharaj insisted that this case seems to be fake.
He raised questions on complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari. He said that Ashutosh Pandey has been a history-sheeter of Shamli district with a reward of Rs 25,000. He has also been accused of cow slaughter. There is serious doubt on the allegations made by such a person. Dinesh Falahari Maharaj further said that Ashutosh Brahmachari has filed a fake case against Shankaracharya ji. This person has been involved in many criminal cases. He demanded from the state government that strict action should be taken against Ashutosh Pandey.
