India 2026-27 Home Season Schedule : BCCI has announced the schedule of the Indian team (senior men) for the 2026-27 international domestic season. In the upcoming season, India will play 5 Tests, 9 ODIs and 8 T20Is at home. During this period, teams from four countries are going to visit India.

According to the BCCI, the Indian team’s upcoming home season will feature four visiting teams — West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Australia in a multi-format schedule. This season will start (September 27, 2026) with the West Indies tour of India. India will host Sri Lanka in December 2026. At the start of the new year, in January 2027, Zimbabwe will tour India for a three-match ODI series.

The season will culminate with the prestigious and much-awaited ‘Border-Gavaskar Trophy’. In this, a five-match Test series will be played against Australia, which will start on January 21, 2027 in Nagpur. This season, 22 international matches will be played in 17 cities, including 5 Tests, 9 ODIs and 8 T20Is.
