It is said that actually Uzair Baloch used to do the same thing. Uzair used to be a dreaded name in the Pakistani underworld. It is said that Uzair had entered the world of crime to avenge his father’s death and after killing his enemies, he used to play football with their heads.

Who was Uzair Jaan Baloch?

Uzair was born in Lyari, Karachi in 1970. He was the son of transporter Faiz Muhammad. Uzair started his political career as an independent candidate. Uzair’s life changed when his father was murdered in 2003. This murder was committed by Arshad Pappu, son of Lyari’s drug mafia Haji Lalu. After this, Uzair joined the gang of his cousin Rehman dacoit to avenge his father’s death. Currently Uzair is serving a 12-year sentence in Pakistan’s Central Jail Karachi.

In a conversation with Ent Live, Danish Pandor talked about the scene of playing football with a severed head. He had said- ‘That incident actually happened in real life. When I read about it for the first time I was very scared. Even while reading about it, I was surprised as to how someone could do such a thing. But an actor has a special ability when he works on a character, so I was excited to do it. There is nervousness, a lot of apprehension and also curiosity.
