The reclusive life of OnlyFans billionaire owner Leonid Radvinsky before his death
Radvinsky, born in Ukraine, rarely appeared in public despite owning one of the world’s most controversial and widely discussed platforms.
“[Radvinsky] lived a life that was incredibly quiet and very disciplined, and rooted in faith and family,” Andy Bachman, CEO of Creators Inc., which works closely with adult content creators on OnlyFans, told the New York Post.

Under his ownership, OnlyFans gained global popularity, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, when hundreds of thousands of users joined daily. The platform allows creators to charge fans directly and keep most of their earnings.
Many creators, including adult actress Sophie Rain, publicly expressed gratitude for the income they earned through the platform but said they had never met or spoken with him.
“Before OnlyFans I was waitressing and barely making rent. That platform gave me everything. And that doesn’t happen without someone building it in the first place.
“[Radvinsky] built something that changed my entire life,” Rain, 21, said.
Before his death, Radvinsky lived in a US$19 million beachfront apartment in Miami with round-the-clock security and private access. Much of his personal wealth, including his stake in parent company Fenix International, was not publicly disclosed but was estimated to exceed $1 billion.
He was married to lawyer and philanthropist Yekaterina Chudnovsky, who has participated in several cancer research projects. The couple donated tens of millions of dollars to medical research, including funds for rare cancers.
Sources told the New York Post Radvinsky died before the news was publicly announced.
“Insiders knew [Radvinsky] had been dealing with health issues for some time, and while his passing is tragic, he left behind a company that was fully prepared and resilient,” Bachman said.
“His passing wasn’t sudden, so there was a lot of preparation,” he added.
