Industry will now get 70% LPG quota, relief

LPG: The Central Government has increased the LPG quota, giving big relief to the industry and commercial sector. While till now the industry was getting only 50% LPG, now it has been increased to 70%. That means a direct profit of 20%. In local language, “the government has reduced the tension of the industry people”.

this decision Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas Has been taken from. Secretary of the Ministry, Dr. Neeraj Mittal has written a letter to all the states and union territories and instructed them to implement it immediately. Now the states will have to implement this decision without any delay.

Which industries will benefit the most?

The government has made it clear that priority will be given to those industries where more workers work. This includes sectors like steel, automobile, textile, chemical and plastic. That means “where there is more work, there is more gas” – this seems to be the formula of the government.

You will get extra benefit by promoting PNG

Interestingly, out of the 70% quota, 10% will be given to those states which will promote PNG (Piped Natural Gas). For this, the government has also asked to implement ‘Natural Gas and Petroleum Products Distribution Order 2026’. Meaning “He who improves will benefit”.

What will be the impact on industry and economy?

This decision will increase the production capacity of the industry and reduce disruptions in work. This will benefit both employment and the economy. To put it in simple language, “If the factory runs faster, the progress of the country will also be faster”.
