BCCI announced the schedule of the second phase of IPL 2026, 50 matches will be held at 12 venues.

IPL 2026 Full Schedule: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday (26 March) announced the schedule of the second phase of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026. The remaining 50 matches of the league stage will be played from April 13 to May 24, 2026, across 12 venues in India.

The matches of the second phase will be played in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Dharamshala, Raipur and New Chandigarh.

The first match in the second phase will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals on 13 April. The second phase will consist of eight double-headers, with afternoon matches starting at 03:30 PM (IST) and evening matches starting at 07:30 PM.

Punjab Kings will play their home matches in New Chandigarh and Dharamshala, including three matches in Dharamshala during this phase. Rajasthan Royals will host four home matches in Jaipur, while Royal Challengers Bangalore will play three home matches at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium and two in Raipur.

The venues for the playoffs will be announced later.

Let us tell you that due to elections in three states, BCCI announced the schedule of IPL 2026 in two phases. In the first phase, 20 matches will be played from March 28 to April 12. The season will begin on Saturday (28 March) with the match between defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
