Akhilesh calls Keshav Maurya ‘delivery deputy CM’, accuses BJP of hoarding

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav once again targeted the BJP government and even called Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya a “delivery deputy CM”. After this statement, the war of words in the politics of the state has become more intense. In fact, Akhilesh Yadav is continuously raising questions on the government regarding the sudden increase in crowd at gas agencies and petrol pumps in the state. He alleged that petrol, diesel and gas cylinders are being hoarded, due to which the general public is troubled. He sarcastically said that if the government is claiming that there is no shortage anywhere, it means that the storage is being done elsewhere on a large scale.

Keshav Prasad Maurya’s earlier statement countered

Akhilesh Yadav hit back at the recent statement of Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, saying that in today’s era, Deputy CM can work like a “delivery boy”. He said that Maurya should make his mobile number public, so that needy people can order petrol or gas cylinders directly from him. “We hope the delivery chief minister will make cylinders available to everyone,” he said sarcastically. Earlier, Keshav Prasad Maurya, while responding to Akhilesh Yadav’s allegations, had said that if he does not have a cylinder, then inform, the government will provide him the cylinder. Based on this statement, Akhilesh Yadav has taken a jibe at him.

Akhilesh Yadav also alleged that BJP and its leaders have stored petrol, diesel and LPG cylinders on a large scale. “If someone is saying there is no shortage, it means he knows where hoarding is taking place,” he said. He raised the question that how many cylinders and how much petrol does the Deputy CM have, and will he distribute it among the public? The SP chief also said that the situation has become so bad that he himself has had to get earthen stoves for his house, so that they can be used when needed. This statement of his has also created a stir in political circles. At the same time, BJP is continuously claiming that there is no shortage of any kind in the state and some people are trying to spoil the atmosphere by spreading rumours. The government says that the supply system is completely normal and people do not need to panic.
