Mumbai: The trailer of Mona Singh and Mihir Ahuja’s new web series ‘Maa Ka Sam’ has been launched recently. A unique and entertaining story can be seen in this trailer, which connects the logic of mathematics with the world of love. This series is based on the relationships of family, friendship, and romance, which not only touches the hearts of the audience but also makes them laugh. The main character of the story is Agastya (Mihir Ahuja), a 19-year-old mathematics wizard.

Agastya sets out in search of an ideal life partner for his single mother Vineeta (Mona Singh). He names this discovery ‘Project Mom’ and tries to solve it like a mathematical equation. Agastya has a dialogue in the trailer, ‘Maths be it or love… it’s the same equation,’ which shows his cute and funny plan.

The trailer also sees the entry of a new mathematics professor, Ira, who along with Agastya starts devising an algorithm for a perfect match. As the story progresses, emotions enter in, and Agastya’s plan takes unexpected turns. This conflict between logic and emotions makes the trailer even more interesting.

Mona Singh said about her role Vineeta, ‘Vineeta is a character that I have never played before. This story is very fresh. In this, the mother-son relationship is based on friendship and deep trust. Vineeta accepts her weaknesses, experiences love again and trusts in her son’s unique perspective.

He also told that this series has a great balance of humor and emotions. It’s a warm, honest, and relatable story that many people will identify with in their family relationships. The 8-episode series is directed by Nicholas Kharkangor and written by Ravinder Randhawa and Sumrit Shahi. It also stars Angira Dhar and Ranveer in important roles. The production work has been done by Babita Ashiwal’s Eunoia Films.
