IPL 2026: Sunrisers Hyderabad won their first and last title by defeating RCB in the IPL 2016 final. This time the team’s eyes are set on the second title. Hyderabad has great batsmen like Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan, who have the power to turn the match. SRH’s schedule for IPL 2026 has been revealed.
First match on 28th March
SRH will play its first match in IPL 2026 against RCB on March 28. SRH has to play 7 matches in its home i.e. Hyderabad. Apart from this, the team has to play 7 matches at different venues. On April 2, SRH’s match will be against KKR, while on April 18, SRH will face CSK. Hyderabad has to play its last match in the league stage against RCB on 22 May. Ishan Kishan will captain Hyderabad for the initial matches, after which regular captain Pat Cummins will take over this responsibility.
