Hina Khan has powered her way back into the industry post her cancer treatment. The diva took us through each and every struggle and the little wins throughout her cancer journey. Post recovery, Hina also went on to win a number of awards for her resilience and setting up a strong example for people battling the deadly disease.

Hina recently attended an awards night and looked spectacular. The award night was attended by celebs like Disha Patani, Kajol, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Ananya Panday, Kiara Advani, Shilpa Shetty, Shehnaaz Gill, Avneet Kaur and many others. Hina arrived looking like a dream in a white body-hugging gown.

However, it was her hair style that made her fall prey to troll attack. Many called her Michael Jackson, some called her Michael Jackson’s sister and some even called her ‘Prof Snape’ because of the hairstyle. Let’s take a look at some of the comments.

Hina on stepping out after cancer

Hina continued to work through her cancer battle and called out the myth that cancer makes everything in life stop. “This taboo that a cancer patient has to sit at home and do nothing, and that their life is over, is not true. A few days are difficult, but after that, you can get back to work. You should have that will, that strength, and the love of your family,” she said in an interview.

“I will always keep doing this (acting), provided my body supports me. Your mental strength is the most important thing. Therefore, you must be mentally strong and remain happy. If you think this (cancer) is nothing, it becomes nothing,” she added in another interview.
