Budget session: Government should curb online business… Congress MP demanded, Patel said – Shikshamitras’ salary should be Rs 40 thousand
New Delhi. Congress’s Ujjwal Raman Singh on Friday demanded the government to curb online business and protect the interests of small and medium traders. Ujjwal Raman Singh demanded the government to make rules in this regard during zero hour and take measures to save the business of small shopkeepers and medium traders.
Naresh Uttam Patel of Samajwadi Party (SP) demanded to increase the honorarium of Shiksha Mitras in Uttar Pradesh to Rs 40 thousand. SP’s Virendra Singh drew the government’s attention to the problems being faced by farmers due to increase in bills due to installation of smart electricity meters in their homes and the difficulties they are facing due to installation of prepaid meters and demanded to solve their problems.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Nishikant Dubey demanded abolition of Scheduled Tribe status of tribal girls marrying Muslims and Christians. BJP’s own Chandubhai Chhaganbhai Shihora demanded compensation to the salt farmers of Surendra Nagar area of Gujarat for the losses caused by the rain and to provide them assistance under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi.
SP’s Anand Bhadauria raised the issue of damage to the statues of martyrs and Constitution maker Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in Uttar Pradesh and demanded punishment to the culprits. Dr. Prashant Yadavrao Padole of Congress demanded to add Other Backward Classes in the column of the prescribed format for the 2027 census.
Malvinder Kang of Aam Aadmi Party sought to draw the government’s attention towards divorce and family violence and demanded to make it mandatory to present the dope and medical test certificate of the groom while giving the marriage certificate. Dr. Raj Kumar Sangwan of Rashtriya Lok Dal demanded the establishment of Indian Institute of Management in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.
Congress’s Imran Masood demanded setting up of a High Court bench in western Uttar Pradesh. SP’s Iqra Chaudhary demanded a ban on private schools making it mandatory for students to buy books from private publishers at the time of admission and making it mandatory for uniforms and books to be bought only from a particular shopkeeper.
Iqra Choudhary demanded to give Bharat Ratna to social reformer and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, who did great work in the field of education, and Savitri Phule, who ignited the flame of women’s education. Independent Sarabjit Singh demanded that Khalsa be blamed on the increasing trend of drug addiction in Punjab and said that unemployment is a major reason for this.
He demanded the government to take concrete steps towards ending the drug problem and raise resources to eliminate unemployment. He demanded the release of Amritpal Singh, MP from Khadur Sahib seat of Punjab, who is lodged in Dibrugarh jail of Assam, to include him in the proceedings of the Lok Sabha.
SP’s Jitendra Kumar Dohra demanded installation of the statue of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in the Parliament complex. He demanded to increase the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi given to the farmers and to solve the problems of potato farmers.
