LPG Cylinder Booking: The ongoing war between America, Israel and Iran is not stopping. The effect of increasing tension is visible everywhere from the country to the world. There is a huge shortage of LPG gas cylinders in many states of India, due to which people are seen standing in kilometers long lines in front of the agencies to fill the gas. Meanwhile, gas companies are also changing the rules of cylinder booking from time to time. Recently the government has changed the rules of booking for DBC gas connection holders.

What is the new rule for those with DBC connections?

The government has made this change in the rules for LPG consumers who have connections to two gas cylinders. According to the new rules, the gap between the delivery of 14.2 kg LPG gas cylinder and the next booking has now been reduced to 25 days. In simple words, if you have booked gas today, you cannot book another gas cylinder for the next 25 days. Now you will have to wait for 25 days for the second cylinder. This rule is especially for those who have DBC (Double Bottle Connection), i.e. those who have two gas cylinders.

Different time limits for each category

Gas companies have set different time limits for each category of consumers. According to gas companies, beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme and rural consumers will now have to wait for 45 days for the second cylinder. At the same time, consumers with single cylinder connection will also be able to make the next booking only after a gap of 25 days.
