I have a love-hate relationship with Amazon’s so-called “seasonal sales.” While I love writing about all the amazing deals you can score, the sheer number of deals can leave me completely paralyzed about what to add to my cart.

A vibration plate has been on my wish list for some time now—especially after I interviewed experts about their potential benefits.
