Mitchell Starc has given a sharp reaction to the news going on against him in the Indian media. He shared an Instagram story regarding his absence from Delhi Capitals on Saturday. In which he wrote, “Despite the opinions and views of some people with access to the Indian media, I am currently working on the recovery and healing of my shoulder and elbow injuries. I had no idea of the seriousness of this injury during the Australian summer. These people have made some very strong statements regarding my participation in the IPL; have given opinions based on false information about the players, have promoted them as true, and have even claimed that they can take care of my body better than I can.” Know.”

Starc further wrote, “At the same time, I acknowledge that this injury interruption and its timing have been difficult for the Delhi team. I apologize for this as well as to our fans that I will not be available for the team in the early part of this season. I am fully committed to joining DC (Delhi Capitals); I am in constant touch with the team and keeping them updated about my situation.
