Nitish’s decision creates stir in JDU, Anand Mohan’s statement creates panic

The discussions about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar possibly becoming active in central politics have not only created a stir in the political circles but have also increased the uneasiness within JDU. Many party leaders and workers want Nitish Kumar not to leave the command of Bihar. Meanwhile, senior JDU leader Anand Mohan has openly expressed his displeasure.

Talking to the media, Anand Mohan said that this decision is contrary to the public sentiments. He reminded that the message had gone among the public that Nitish would be elected again from 2025 to 2030. In such a situation, if he turns towards Delhi politics now, it will be like hurting the public trust.

He clearly said that those who are thinking that there will be any political benefit from this decision are mistaken. According to him, this will not only cause loss to JDU but BJP may also have to bear the brunt of it. Anand Mohan also added that it will directly benefit the opposition, especially because its negative message has been sent among the backward and extremely backward classes.
Open support for Nishant Kumar
Political discussion is also intense regarding Chief Minister’s son Nishant Kumar. On this, Anand Mohan said that new hope has arisen with the entry of Nishant Kumar. He described it as a shock observation of Nitish Kumar’s possible decision to go to Delhi. He clearly said that if Nishant Kumar is made the Chief Minister, it will be a welcome step. However, on the question of being made the Deputy Chief Minister, he taunted in a light tone and said, what is a Deputy Chief Minister? Deputy Chief Minister means silent Chief Minister. He believes that if Nishant is brought, he should be brought with full responsibility.
Opinion given on BJP’s face also
Anand Mohan also expressed his opinion regarding the possible leadership within the NDA. He said that if someone from BJP is made the Chief Minister, it will be important to keep social equations in mind. In this context he put forward the name of Samrat Chaudhary. According to him, Samrat Chaudhary Luv-Kush is a leader capable of giving a strong message among the backward and extremely backward classes.

Eyes fixed on NDA’s decision
At present the situation in Bihar politics is not completely clear. The voices being raised within JDU are indicating that many party leaders are not comfortable with Nitish Kumar’s decision. Now all eyes are on who the NDA ultimately makes the next face of Bihar and whether Nitish Kumar really leaves the command of the state to play a new role in central politics or remains in Bihar keeping in mind the appeal of the workers. However, it is clear that big changes can be seen in the politics of Bihar in the coming days and this whole incident has raised the political temperature.
