PM Modi inaugurated Noida International Airport Phase-1, said- ‘New chapter of developed UP begins’
Tezzbuzz Desk- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the first phase (Phase-1) of Noida International Airport built in Jewar. The total investment of this big project has been around Rs 11,200 crore. During the inauguration ceremony, PM Modi described it as not just his work but also a public trust and appealed to all present to consider it as a joint achievement.
PM Modi said that only half of the work has been completed and he has only ‘removed the curtain’. After this he asked the people present to turn on the flash light of their mobile phones. As people started lighting their mobile flash lights, PM Modi said that the inauguration of this airport is being done by the hands of every person. He stressed, “This airport is a public trust, it is your effort. That is why the inauguration is being done by your hands.”
The Prime Minister also said that this project is a work that will give a new lease of life to the future of the youth. He said that this airport is adding a new chapter in the development of Uttar Pradesh and the entire country. He said that now UP has joined those states of the country which have the maximum
