Tamil Nadu Elections: Political excitement has started increasing regarding Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. The announcement of names of candidates has also intensified. Amidst all this, the Chief Minister and DMK chief MK Stalin have divided the seats among the alliance partners, in which the DM will contest alone on 164 seats in the 234 assembly seats. Along with this, he made it clear that he wants to maintain the strong hold of his party.

At the same time, Congress, the main ally of this alliance, has been given 28 seats. Along with this, this time the biggest upheaval has been seen in DMDK. The party has been allotted 10 seats.
Along with this, among other allies, VCK has got 8 seats, CPI and CPI-M have got 5 seats each, while MDMK has got 4 seats. IUML and MMK, the parties which have influence among Muslim voters, have been given 2 seats each. MJK and SDPI have been given 1 seat each.
