Step 1- Put the bread slices in the mixer and grind them well.
Second step- Take ground bread slices, semolina and curd in a bowl and mix them.
Third Step- After this, add onion, ginger-chilli paste, sambar masala to the mixture.
Fourth step- Mix coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin.
Fifth Step- Finally add chopped coriander to the mixture. Now add some water to it so that a soft dough is prepared.
Sixth Step- Make medium sized balls from the dough and make a hole in the middle. The shape of Medu Vada is ready.
Seventh Step- Heat oil in a pan and fry the medu vadas until they become crisp.
