Politics, love & power collide in new drama leader premiere

The new Pakistani television drama Leader has officially premiered, with its first episode airing on March 28, 2026. The series features Kinza Hashmi and Ali Raza in lead roles and has already attracted attention for its storyline and on-screen performances.

Kinza Hashmi portrays the character Rubab, described as a strong and proud woman whose life is tested by both political unrest and emotional struggles. Ali Raza plays Mansoor, a determined individual who stands firm against obstacles.

Following the premiere, the production team shared highlights from the first episode, showcasing key scenes that contributed to the drama’s initial impact.

Kinza Hashmi also promoted the project on her social media, posting the drama’s poster along with a message expressing excitement for the audience to experience the story. Her post received encouraging responses from fellow celebrities, including Talha Anjum, Mansha Pasha, and Saboor Aly.
