India won four medals in ITF Masters World Tennis Championship Gujarati
New Delhi: Indian tennis greats showcased their talent on the global stage at the ITF Masters World Championship 2025 held in Antalya, Turkey from March 9 to 22, winning four prestigious medals. According to the information received, while competing in the 30+, 35+, 40+ and 45+ age categories on clay courts, Team India displayed remarkable skill, determination and sportsmanship against top international competitors.
In men’s doubles, Lakshit Sood and Chandril Sood and men’s team of Chandril Sood, Lakshit Sood, Govind Prasad Maurya and Shikhar Garh won the silver medal. While in mixed doubles, Jitin Bishnoi and Akshita Basavaraju and in men’s doubles Mishal Javia and Karthikeya Singh Verma won bronze medals. All India Tennis Association (AITA) congratulates all the medal winners and wishes them all the best for their future endeavours.
