Kane Valued at €250M When Compared to Isak’s Liverpool Move

Uli Hoeneß has made a strong statement on the current transfer market, drawing a bold comparison between Harry Kane and Alexander Isak.

Speaking to Kicker, the Bayern Munich president questioned recent valuations after Isak’s high-profile move to Liverpool FC last summer. The Swedish striker joined Liverpool in a deal reported to be around €150 million, making him one of the most expensive signings in recent windows.

Hoeneß used that figure to underline his belief that Kane’s value should be significantly higher. “I’d say Harry Kane is worth €150 million in the current market,” he said. “Then you see Alexander Isak cost €150 million to Liverpool. So in my view, if Isak is worth €150 million, then Harry is worth €250 million.”

The comments reflect the rising inflation in transfer fees across Europe, especially for elite forwards. Kane, who joined FC Bayern Munich in 2023, has been one of the most consistent goal scorers in world football. His performances in Germany have further strengthened his reputation as a complete striker.
