Jaipur. On Tuesday, a different scene was seen at the Police Headquarters, Jaipur, when two constables retired after devoting their entire service to one post, Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma himself presented a new example of sensitivity and honored them by inviting them to his room despite being on leave.
DGP’s unique initiative
An emotional scene of dedication and loyalty in the police service was seen when, on the retirement of Nandkishore Meena constable and Kailash Chand constable posted in Jaipur Commissionerate, DGP Sharma, seeing the devotion to duty of both the soldiers, honored them with mementos and cash awards on behalf of the department.
This step of DGP is being appreciated a lot in the department. Subordinate employees say that this honor given by the chief is not only memorable for these two, but also boosts the morale of the entire force. Headquarters personnel including DIG Kunwar Rashtradeep were present on this occasion.
