The victim’s husband works as a laborer in Nashik, Maharashtra. She lives with her elderly mother-in-law and father-in-law in the village. She was alone at the time of the incident, taking advantage of which the accused targeted her.

Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police took immediate action. 2 accused Ashok Yadav and Matlu Mahato alias Navneet Kumar arrested. The search for the third accused continues. Special team is continuously raiding. According to Sadar DSP-2 Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal, soon all the accused will be arrested and strict action will be taken.
