Data from the famous website ‘Downdetector’, which monitors internet outages, has made it clear the seriousness of this technical glitch. According to reports, the problem in the server started appearing around 2:03 am on Tuesday. Within just a few hours, the number of complaints from all over the world increased rapidly and crossed 25,500. At the same time, thousands of users in India also reported the outage of ‘X’ early on Wednesday morning. News agency Reuters has also confirmed that hundreds of complaints regarding technical glitches had been lodged on this platform in the US since Tuesday night. Grok AI acknowledged the outage, but the company’s ‘silence’ continued. When the platform’s own artificial intelligence chatbot ‘Grok AI’ was questioned about this global outage, it also admitted that a sudden surge in complaints had been seen on the monitoring sites on Wednesday morning (April 1). Grok said that users are continuously posting like ‘X is down’ or ‘X was down’. Despite such a big problem and thousands of complaints, till the time of writing the news, no official statement has been issued by Elon Musk or Let us tell you that on Tuesday afternoon also there was a brief interruption on the platform, for which more than 20 thousand complaints were received. This trend is not new; Just before this, on March 26, more than 15,000 users had faced problems like log-in and timeline not loading. Apart from this, in the month of January also the platform crashed on a large scale across the world. Due to these continuous technical glitches, the experience of the users is being deeply affected.
