The bench of Justice Sharmila Deshmukh, after hearing the arguments of both the sides, said in clear words, “First appeal dismissed”, that is, the appeal is rejected. However, detailed orders are yet to be issued in this matter. During the hearing, the court also heard the arguments presented by Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar.
