Quick commerce platform Blinkit has started its special delivery service at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Terminal-2, Domestic Departure).

Luggage will be available inside the airport only

Under this new facility, passengers can now order more than 2500 essential items inside the airport. This includes mobile chargers, books, gift items and other travel essentials. The most important thing is that after ordering, the goods will be delivered inside the airport terminal itself, which will save both time and hassle of the passengers.

Partnership between Blinkit and Adani Airports

Information about this service has been given by Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa himself. This facility has been started in partnership with Adani Airports. The company has deployed a special “walker team” inside the airport, which will work to deliver the luggage to the passengers quickly.

After the arrival of this service, a different enthusiasm is being seen among the passengers. People are now saying, “No problem, what if you forget one or two things!” Even on social media, users are jokingly saying that now there is no need for a long checklist before going to the airport, just the Blinkit app is enough.

However, not everyone is happy about this new feature. Some people believe that this may affect the business of the shops inside the airport. Where earlier passengers were forced to buy goods at expensive prices, now the same things will be available easily and quickly through the app.

Blinkit claims that this is the first airport in the world where such in-terminal quick delivery service has been started.
