In the 5th match of IPL 2026 Delhi Capitals (DC) fast bowler Lungi Ngidi bowled a ball to Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) batsman Nicholas Pooran which made millions of cricket fans crazy about him. Ngidi bowled a brilliant off-cutter ball to the dangerous Puran, to which Puran had no answer.
DC won the toss and decided to bowl first at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow. Delhi bowlers proved their captain’s decision right and gave the first three blows to Lucknow very quickly. After this Puran came to bat at number five. The left-handed batsman made a good start and hit a brilliant sweep shot off the bowling of Kuldeep Yadav and hit a four.
However, when Ngidi came to bowl, he had no answer to Ngidi’s bowling. Ngidi bowled an off-cutter in the ninth over and it again worked for him. Puran did not understand his change in pace at all and Puran completely dodged this ball and hurried to play his shot. While Puran looked quite disappointed after being bowled, Nagidi’s celebration was worth watching.
