The hospital administration ordered 60,000 such syringes for patients which are used for animals (Veterinary). Even after checking the files from pharmacist to CMS, this mistake was not caught. While sharing this news on X Post, Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav wrote that if one of its needles is given to the Ministry of Health, then perhaps his health will improve. He wrote that BJP does not consider humans as humans, that is why they asked for syringes for animals for humans in the Noida district hospital. Maybe you will be getting more commission in this. Akhilesh Yadav said that the Health Minister is on leave or has been discharged. He said that there should be a thorough investigation into this negligence, it is highly condemnable.

Big mistake in order

Let us tell you that the negligence is such that despite the order passing through the monitoring of three levels of officials, no one recognized the difference. According to the information, on December 25, 2025, Noida District Hospital Administration ordered 60,000 veterinary syringes to a Lucknow-based agency through GKM/GEM portal. After about a month, when the supply arrived, on opening the box in the store room, it became clear that this syringe was not for humans, but for animals. This shocking mistake exposed the serious negligence of the hospital administration.

No one was seen even in three levels of surveillance

The demand for medicines and equipment in the hospital starts from the pharmacist, goes to the SMO store and then to the CMS. In this process, the file passed through the tables of three senior officials, but no one checked whether the order was for humans or animals.

CMS Dr. Ajay Rana said that it is the agency’s mistake and it will be blacklisted. If there is any mistake by the staff then it will also be investigated. However, questions are being raised that when the order is issued from the hospital and entered in the system, then how can the entire responsibility fall only on the agency?

Supply canceled and action taken against agency

In the order sent on Gem App, it was clearly written that it is a veterinary syringe. After the matter came to light, the hospital canceled the supply and decided to blacklist the agency. According to hospital sources, efforts are being made to suppress this huge scandal and the officials are still not responding openly.

On opening the box in the store room, it was found clearly written ‘for veterinary use’. After the matter came to light, the hospital administration canceled the order and prepared to blacklist the agency.
