How to make hotel-like egg dosa at home
Making egg dosa is very easy, just follow these steps-
- First of all keep the dosa batter ready.
- Heat the pan and apply a little oil or ghee on it.
- Now add one ladle of batter and spread the dosa thinly and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add beaten egg over it and spread it evenly.
- Now add onion, tomato, capsicum, green onion and boiled egg pieces on top.
- Add salt and schezwan chutney as per taste.
- Add butter and grated cheese on top and press lightly.
- When the dosa becomes crisp from below, fold it.
