Samsung leaves Apple behind in gadgets
Samsung and Apple have always been compared in the smartphone market, but in the gadget segment, Samsung has left Apple behind in many cases. The South Korean company has a stronger presence than the American company in categories like smart rings, foldable phones, smart projectors and portable digital storage.
Experts believe that the diversity and innovation of Samsung’s products keeps it ahead in the tech industry, while Apple is currently preparing to enter some new segments.
Advance in smart ring and foldable phone
Samsung has strengthened its hold in new technology by launching smart ring. Apple has not yet made this product, leaving Samsung in the market without any competitor in this segment.
Samsung has also been experimenting with foldable phones for many years and recently showed its expertise by launching trifold phones. Apple’s first foldable iPhone will probably arrive by September this year, by which time Samsung will have overtaken it.
Projector, Soundbar and External SSD
Samsung is also showing strength in products like smart projector and soundbar. Despite the smallness of the projector, it gives a better experience. Apple has no rivals in soundbars except HomePod.
Samsung’s portable SSDs are also present in the digital storage market, while Apple has not been able to enter this segment yet.
