Yogi’s ‘Hunter’ is on! Big decision on salary of 1076 helpline employees, company stopped speaking
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has once again appeared in his strict style. This time, ‘V-Win Private Limited’, the company operating the Chief Minister Helpline 1076, was on his radar. Taking the complaints of the employees seriously, the Chief Minister intervened in such a way that the company not only had to give up its stubborn attitude but also had to bow down to the demands of the employees.
Company defeated due to Chief Minister’s strictness
Actually, the employees associated with CM Helpline 1076 had been complaining to the company for a long time regarding their salary and workplace problems. When the matter reached Yogi Adityanath, he made it clear that there would be no compromise with the interests of the employees. After the strict stance of the Chief Minister, the company management immediately came on the back foot and agreed to the demand of salary hike of the employees. Apart from this, a promise has also been made to improve the facilities in the office.
UPDESCO got the responsibility of investigation
Considering the seriousness of the matter, the Chief Minister has instructed the Managing Director of UPDESCO to thoroughly review the entire episode. He made it clear that such negligence will not be tolerated in future. As soon as the instructions were received, UPDESCO MD Neha Jain held a high-level meeting with the top management of the company and asked to clarify the situation. According to Neha Jain, protecting the interests of the employees is the top priority of the government and now the functioning of the company will be continuously monitored so that such a situation does not happen in future.
