Nita and Mukesh Ambani celebrate 3 years of NMACC with a tribute to “The Power of Three”

The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai marked its third anniversary on April 3, 2026with a grand gala that brought together the worlds of business, politics, and cinema. Leading the celebrations, Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani graced the pink carpet, reflecting on a journey that has seen the centre become a global beacon for Indian heritage.

In a poignant anniversary address, Nita Ambani highlighted the cultural significance of the number “three,” drawing parallels to the Trine and the Triveni Sangam of sacred rivers. “When we started NMACC, we made a promise to bring the best of India to the world and the best of the world to India,” she stated, rededicating the space to the artists and artisans of the nation.

For the milestone evening, Nita Ambani epitomized regal elegance in a molten gold and deep crimson silk saree. The saree featured intricate zari work and traditional paisley motifs, creating a shimmering, liquid-like effect under the gala lights. She paired the drape with a layered statement necklace adorned with vibrant emeralds and rubiesand a sleek bun finished with fresh white Gajra.

Mukesh Ambani complemented her in a classic black bandhgala, as they personally welcomed guests including Shahid Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Ranveer Singh. The night also featured the premiere of One Sur – Voice of Indiaa spectacular musical tribute led by Shankar Mahadevanmarking three years of “Culture at the Centre” with a powerful celebration of India’s diverse artistic voices.
